I bought this to replace a custom built keyboard after the PCB stopped working. That company had abysmal customer service and I will never purchase from them again. So far my experience with Azio has been fantastic! I ordered a felt sleeve to go with my keyboard and was shipped a coiled cable instead. I sent an email to customer service and I received an immediate response. I wanted to keep the cable (it was really nice) so they ended up giving me a discount on the cable and shipped the felt pouch for free. I got it in 3 days! Love the sleeve for travel since it's basically a mouse mat as well.
Now for the keyboard. The silicone dampener is super thicc, and gives this board plenty of heft and a satisfyingly deep sound. I love how the unique Brass color catches the light. Bluetooth works great, and the RGB shines nicely. The factory lube job on the stabilizers is perfect, no need to swap or tune them. I have tested 12 switches and the Gateron Pros are surprisingly great feeling and sounding. Big improvement over standard Gats. Smoother than most other stock switches, except the Oil Kings. Solid Thocc, but not as deep as the Boba U4T or LT. If I didn't already have a collection of other switches I'd honestly just keep the Pro Browns, do the tape mod, and call it a day.
I already have a set of infinikey keycaps from a group buy that I absolutely love, so I swapped them. If I didn't already have keycaps I definitely wouldn't be looking to replace the ones that came with the Azio. They are well made and I personally really like the color scheme so it might be nice to swap back one day
I will recommend this brand to all friends and family. Hoping that Azio decides to make a matching number pad (Please!)
This is my first mechanical keyboard. Other than missing a num pad, I love it. It's a great sensation to type on, it looks good, it pushed me from an 80 wpm average to 100 wpm average.
I do not regret my purchase, but will likely get myself a separate num pad.
