Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number. Depending on the courier, please visit their website and enter the tracking number. All orders will be shipped from our logistics warehouse located in City of Industry, California.
We can ship to any country outside of USA, but please note that you'll be responsible for any applicable import duty, VAT, or other related custom charges as mandated by your country.
Once the package is processed through your country's Customs Clearance, your local carrier will contact you to make the delivery and may request custom charges.
Please note that if a customer rejects a package or failed to pay for the import duties, VAT and other related custom charges, the package will not be delivered and may be abandoned by the carrier. Azio does NOT hold anyresponsibility for the package and refund of the order will NOT be available.
Azio offers a one year warranty on all products, certain exclusions apply. Warranty begins from the purchase date on the sales receipt / invoice / proof of purchase.

You have 30 days from the day you placed the order to decide (14 days for Accessories). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days for a FULL refund. Shipping costs and import taxes are non-refundable.
